Kelly Wootton
Kelly has been a Pilates teacher and personal fitness trainer for six years. Before she re-trained in the fitness industry, Kelly enjoyed a fast paced City career. Kelly, herself a marathon runner, has found that incorporating the principles of Pilates into her other fitness work means that the risk of injury is reduced and technique is improved. She is based in Docklands and currently teaches at Holmes Place, Reebok and Cannons City. She is available for 1:1 sessions in the local E14 area.
