Kelly is the brainchild behind East London Pilates and has been a healthy, happy Pilates teacher and personal fitness trainer for over 10 years. Before she re-trained in the fitness industry, Kelly enjoyed a fast paced City career so understands how difficult it can be for the office worker to maintain good postural alignment.
Kelly, herself a keen runner, aerobics and group exercise instructor has found that incorporating the principles of Pilates into her other fitness work means that the risk of injury is reduced and technique is improved. She is passionate about the Pilates technique and believes that everyone can benefit from the matwork method.
She is based in Docklands and the City and currently teaches at Virgin Active, Reebok and within various corporate sites around the E1 and E14 area. Kelly is available for 1:1 PT, Pilates and Massage sessions in the local East London area.
