Our spring term is already underway, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out. You can join our 8 week summer special and then continue on with a further beginners course or move into improvers when the Autumn term starts (see below for dates). We are currently in the midst of a term. Our next term starts MONDAY 29TH JULY 2019, if you’d like to join our Spring term, you can book direct using the relevant booking buttons below – Simple! If you’re new to ELP you can choose to attend one of our Pilates Orientation sessions first or if you’d prefer, drop us a message and we can call you back to chat about our approach and if Pilates is right for you. Course are priced at:

£168.00pp/course for one session a week (allocation of 12 Classes) which can be used flexibly throughout the course

£288.00pp/course for two sessions a week (allocation of 24 classes) which can be used flexibly throughout the course

£14/pp for the orientation session held prior to each course. Please book separately using the relevant buttons below

 

Pilates & Yoga Orientation Classes

Our orientation classes are held the week prior to each seasonal term. This class is an opportunity to find out what’s involved before you commit to the 12-week term and allow you to decide which is the most appropriate course

Pilates Beginners Level 1

Designed to introduce you to the fundamental concepts and principles of the Pilates Method. This involves learning and practising core strength awareness, muscular flexibility, joint mobility and postural alignment

Pilates Improvers Level 2

Once you have established an understanding of the method, we aim to challenge you by teaching a flowing practice. These classes focus on improving your awareness of your personal strengths and weaknesses so you can refine and progress

Vinyasa Yoga Beginners

A slower-paced flow class tailored for those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler vinyasa. Postures are broken down to ensure correct alignment which is fundamental to Vinyasa plus breath work is taught so that you can mindfully move through sun-salutations and Vinyasa Flow. The classes will encourage students to explore different postures such as inversions, arm balances and deeper backbends

Vinyasa Yoga Improvers

A Vinyasa class designed to explore more complex sequences including arm balances and inversions which are layered over solid foundations that have already been built. A variety of modifications will be encouraged for postures. This class may incorporate hip-openers, twists, deeper backbends and inversions

Restorative Yin Yoga

Our bodies, under the right circumstances have the ability to relax. Through a series of easy poses (which are held for 3-5 minutes) allows us to switch from the “fight or flight” mode to the “relaxation” mode. Through restorative yoga you will notice an effect on heart rate and blood pressure. To achieve a quiet state of mind and body, complete muscular relaxation is encouraged.

However, if you’d like to chat about our terms and discuss if Pilates or Yoga is for you please just contact us and we’ll get back to you. Courses are priced at:

£72 for our Super Six Pass giving you an extra six classes to use flexibly throughout the course
